Responsibilities:
Customer service: Respond to customer inquiries and provide a friendly, helpful demeanor
Reservations: Make reservations for flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements
Travel itineraries: Create travel itineraries that may include flights, transfers, accommodation, and insurance
Travel information: Provide information about destinations, travel restrictions, and costs
Travel documents: Ensure customers understand what travel documents they need
Cancelations, modifications, and requests: Process cancellations, modifications, and other requests from customers
